Dana - Expanded Duties Dental Assistant

Hello, My name is Dana, I am an Expanded duties dental assistant (EDDA). I have been working as a dental assistant since 2013. I took a small break from dental assisting in 2021 and decided to teach the dental assisting program at Pickens Technical College along side the other instructors there. This was an amazing experience but I realized I enjoy working in an office and taking care of patients more than being in a classroom. I am now so happy to be a part of the Highpoint Dental Care and Implant Center team, where we pride ourselves on our patient care. When I'm not working I am taking care of my son. We love going to museums and getting outdoors to play. I love to explore new places and always trying new foods. I also enjoy a good movie and reading in my down time.
